Company History
Seymour Building Supplies is a retail and
trade hardware outlet, dealing with an extensive cross-section
of Do It Your Selfers, developers, owner builders, builders,
business’s and trades people.
The site of the now Seymour Building Supplies
was formerly known as Seymour’s  Produce, which was originally owned by Joe Seymour
and began operation after the war servicing the many local
farmers with their animal produce.
In June 1985 the evolving times forced the
renaissance of produce to hardware in order to meet the
demands of the community and over
the next 20 or so years Seymour Building Supplies has become
the major supplier of hardware, building supplies, sands, soil
and cement throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

Supplies is extensive, ranging from raw materials such as
sand, soil and cement through to timber, plumbing, electrical
and paint. In fact we can help you complete the most detailed
building project ... we'll even supply the roofing.

Our large fleet of vehicles, servicing Sydney
and beyond, includes utilities, small and large tippers and
table-top trucks with crane-off facilities.

operated business, where the person who owns the store runs
